We do not offer direct billing at this time, however, you will receive an invoice to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. We hope to offer direct billing soon!

Untangled Counselling provides counseling services for folks aged 16+.

Individual sessions are $125 per session.

A typical counseling session at Untangled Counselling lasts for 50 minutes, although some sessions may be longer or shorter depending on your needs and preferences.

Sessions are currently offered through video and phone. We plan to offer in-person sessions soon!

The frequency of counseling sessions with Untangled Counselling will depend on your individual needs and goals. Some clients may benefit from weekly sessions, while others may attend bi-weekly or monthly.

I am a registered clinical social worker with the Newfoundland and Labrador College of Social Workers (NLCSW) who has been practicing since 2019. I have a Bachelor of Arts (psychology) Degree and Bachelor of Social Work Degree from Memorial University (MUN). I also have a Master of Social Work Degree, specializing in health, from University of Waterloo.
